Exchange

• Exchange is available on all the products.
• Customer can exchange their products within 10 days after delivery.
• For exchange, and pickup, reshipping fee of Rs. 99 will be applicable on per products basis.
• Second Time Exchange will attract a charge of Rs. 150.
• Once pickup is done, we will ship your desired product chosen at the time of exchange.
• If your desired exchange product is not available, we will refund you the amount in Offcuts Manual Wallet. You can redeem in future by contacting us at numbers given on the contact page.
• Product must be in original condition - unworn, unused with the same tag and labels & in the same packing .

Return

• We have 10 days return policy available. You can return it if you do not like the product.
• For return, pickup fee of Rs. 99 will be appliable on per products basis.
• Only non-discounted products are eligible for return.
• Only prepaid orders are eligible for return. COD orders are non returnable but can be exchanged.
• Any product purchased on a discounted price is eligible for exchange only.
• Products bought during any sale are non-returnable as per brands policy, but we are happy to exchange it with the same or any other item on our website. To exchange the product with a higher value article, the customer has to pay the difference amount.
• Returned products bought at discounted price are eligible for Offcuts Manual Wallet which can be redeemed next time by contacting us.
• Returned products bought without any discount will be refunded in source payment account methods once we receive products. And refund will take 3 to 5 working days to be credited into your account.
